In this webinar, I’ll be addressing a mind-body approach to nutrition that will challenge your conventional thinking and give you key information to help you every step of the way. I'll will start by showing you which nutrients are needed most at each stage of the pregnancy, and how they can be incorporated into a balanced diet. This will be followed by supplementation, which doesn’t necessarily mean supplements per say, but what pregnant women need more of in their diet.  And lastly, I will cover a few things that women should avoid during their pregnancy. Remember an unborn baby is entirely dependent on its mother for nourishment and it's never too soon to start positively affecting your child’s wellbeing.
