12 Steps to Raise Your Frequency and Increase Your Vibration

Do you want to have a strong, unbreakable connection with your soul? Wish you could adopt positive thoughts, improved physical condition, or superior emotional states? If your answer to all these questions is YES, then you should start working to raise your vibration.

By raising your personal vibration, you can support your body-spirit-mind network. As a result, your body will get healthier and stronger, your energy levels will attain the right balance and equilibrium, and your mind will become peaceful. It is vital to apply the ideal tools and exercises to protect your emotional, physical, and psychological states from lower vibrations. These lower vibrations may include unpleasant emotions, such as fear, pain, or disappointment, and disagreeable situations and people.

Your Vibration and Health
Everything in universe resonates at certain frequencies. The same is true for human cells. According to different scientific studies, specific frequencies are able to prevent or completely destroy diseases. This is how your vibration level is linked with your physical, mental, and emotional states.

A few scientific studies also reveal that certain parts of the human body have their respective signature frequencies. Thus, it can be said that the vibration of the cells present in a healthy human heart is much different from that of an unhealthy heart’s cells. When a body part becomes diseased, it may not resonate at its original frequency anymore. In instances like these, you can restore your body to its healthy state only by improving its vibration.

Your Vibration and the Law of Attraction
The things you devote your focus, attention, and energy to, intentionally or unintentionally, are attracted into your life. All individuals give off certain vibrations when they feel, think, and act. When the people around you receive these vibrations, they may declare, “this person gives off really good/bad vibes”.

According to the law of attraction, the nature responds and gives you more of your own vibrations. Based on the belief “like attracts like”, this law states that an individual can support negative or positive results by emitting negative or positive vibrations. This cycle continues until you take a few effective steps to change it.

Raise Your Personal Vibration
If you’ve decided to raise your vibration to give your life a fresh start, but don’t know how you can get the task done, here are the basic helpful steps for your convenience. Read on to gain a better understanding of raising your vibration:

1. Stop Complaining, Start Appreciating!
Complaining about things that are beyond your control is not only counterproductive, but is also able to have a negative impact on your personal vibration. Constant complaints may make you feel better temporarily, but they can eat away your sense of satisfaction in the long run. Such acts can typically result in greater sadness, relationship problems, and negative thinking.

When you stop complaining about your problems and hardships, you’ll be in a better position to appreciate your life. Be grateful for what you already have. Morning dew, evening stars, scent of a flower, chirping birds, water droplets, refreshing rainwater, cool seasons – there are zillions of things that you can show appreciation for. You can even start with the “I’m Alive” expression to boost up your vibration.

2. Learn to Forgive
In addition to being an essential tool for soul advancement, forgiveness is one of the most practical means to raise your vibration. Forgiveness is not just a mental notion, idea, or thought. Instead, it is a time-consuming process that involves extensive analysis and deep understanding. It demands true attention, time, and patience.

True forgiveness occurs only when a person is ready to process through his/her emotions and feelings and willing to leave the agony behind. Forgiveness is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself. No matter how horrible, traumatic, or bad others have been to you, consider forgiving them to protect yourself from potential anguish. This will enhance your energy and help you forget about painful thoughts. Learn to forgive yourself for your mistakes as it will prepare you to forgive others.

3. Devote Time to Nature
Your hectic routine may make it difficult for you to observe and appreciate natural beauty. You may simply get busy in the current world of information and technology and forget about the real purpose of your life. Find a way to combine your own world with that of the nature as the latter world’s vibration is absolutely pure. You can give your vibration a significant boost by surrounding yourself with refreshing natural elements.

Whether you walk along the seashore, enjoy the atmosphere of your local park, or visit a hilly area, spending some time in nature on a daily basis will help you relax, forget about your worries, and clear your mind. Even if you reside in an urban area, look for green, peaceful parks where you can come closer to the natural environment. As a result, you are likely to become more involved in your beautiful, relaxed present.

4. Positive Words
Innumerable words come out of your mouth on a daily basis as you express your thoughts, beliefs, ideas, and opinions freely. However, you may be unaware of the negative or positive effect your words tend to have on yourself as well as on the people around you. Your words may emit energy that can provoke others to respond and react. Words are a powerful tool that you can use to direct energy into your body.

Choose your words carefully as they have the power to build or destroy the people around you. The words you listen to and speak shape your life. Avoid gossips and negative conversations as they can damage your personality and bring your vibration to lower levels. To raise your vibration to considerable levels, make sure to control your words rather than letting them control you.

5. Positive People
Having negative people around you can exhaust your energy. It is a good idea to stay away from people who criticize your ambitions and dreams. Surround yourself with individuals who not only believe in your abilities, but can also help you turn your dreams into reality. Good friends, motivating teachers, spiritual acquaintances, or inspiring relatives can have a strong, positive impact on your vibrational frequency. Your personal vibration largely depends on the kind of people you surround yourself with.

Your rapport with others can raise your happiness share. Spend your time with people who give you a chance to show your true self, help you enjoy their company, be inspired, and forget about your problems. Try to link with people who share your passions and interests.

6. Positive Sounds
Music can be an amazing tool to increase your frequency. However, hateful, painful, violent, or fearful music can send involuntary messages to your subconscious and have a negative impact on your mood and energy. If you want to give your life an optimistic touch, try surrounding yourself with passionate, relaxing music. Whether instrumental or vocal, music can be considered as a type of speech or language. You simply have to understand its various shades, tones, patterns, and rhythms to make its best use to raise your personal vibration.

People looking to raise their vibrations should make positive sounds a vital part of their lives. Listen to refreshing, uplifting music. The music you listen to can make you feel sad, happy, thrilled, or peaceful. Keep yourself occupied with music that has a joyful, relaxing, and positive effect on your personality. Your body can absorb sounds to keep its balance and energy at the right levels.

7. Positive Food
Organic, pure, and fresh fruits and vegetables are the supreme alternatives to raise your vibration. These are the best natural food items that have high frequencies. You can relish some celery, beans, carrots, fruits, or other vegetables as healthy snacks. They not only keep you energized, but also serve as natural healers. It is important to consume food to maintain your energy levels. However, it should not be an unconscious act.

The food you eat is able to improve as well as destroy your energy. Most food items consumed today are pretty low in vibration due to artificial processing and farming practices. Such items should be eliminated from your diet. For instance, anything having preservatives, chemicals, pesticides, refined sugar, and refined flour should be avoided. A healthy, balanced meal is critical for greater vibration and optimal health.

8. Exercise
Exercise not only strengthens your entire body, but also supports your mental and emotional states. It can also increase your vibration considerably. Pay attention to your body while you exercise as it can let you determine its requirements. Get your body involved in a good workout session. You can run, swim, ride a bicycle, play your favorite sport, lift weights, or do any other enjoyable physical activity.

You simply have to get the blood rushing through your body to enjoy greater levels of energy. Physical exercise not only keeps you energized and provides your brain with additional oxygen, but it also encourages the discharge of certain frequency raising chemicals. Your body responds to these chemicals as you feel good, relaxed after completing a workout session.

9. Meditation
Mediation is one of the easiest approaches you can use to learn about yourself. It makes you more aware of your ideas, beliefs, thoughts, and values. This, as a result, helps you get rid of bad judgments and habits for good. It also enables you to get inspired and promote spiritual awareness. You are not required to meditate like a monk or yogi. Instead, take a few moments out of your busy routine every day, find a peaceful spot, sit in a relaxing position, and set your thoughts free. During meditation, you don’t let negative ideas disturb your thought process.

This enables your vibration to increase as this is the time when you get connected with your intuition. Regular meditation can gradually bring your frequency to a higher level. Meditation can help you eliminate negative thoughts and improve your spiritual, physical, and emotional self.

10. Detoxification
Toxins have a negative impact on your energy levels. Water is a kind of life force. Consuming large amounts of water will help your body get rid of toxic materials and maintain your energy at the right levels. It is also imperative to eliminate alcohol, cigarettes, and refined foods from your life. Water can raise your vibrational frequency, particularly when energized with the right intention.

Make sure you are always well hydrated as water is the perfect conductor for refined spiritual energy. You can even opt for a refreshing shower or bath to make good use of the water’s high frequency.

11. Deep Breathing
Think meditation is too difficult, challenging for you? You can try a few breathing techniques to raise your vibration. Deep, slow breaths can give your vibration the required boost. This strategy is preferred by many people as anyone can perform this anywhere, anytime.

Take a deep breath though your nose until your chest is completely filled with air. Use your nose to exhale slowly until your chest is completely empty of air. Performing this exercise a number of times throughout the day is a good approach to improve your vibration.

12. Essential Oils
When the human body loses its equilibrium, organic and pure essential oils usually help the cells vibrate at appropriate frequencies. Since each essential oil has a particular frequency, it should be used with care. According to different studies, low-frequency oils can cause physical changes, middle-frequency oils can cause emotional changes, while high-frequency ones are known to cause spiritual changes in the human body.

As a prudent individual, you have enough courage to take responsibility for the improvement of your own life. Manifest the best version of your personality, take conscious actions, and avoid reacting to unhealthy emotions and situations.

Embrace the above mentioned changes to allow a superior flow of energy into your body and mind. This will raise your vibration to improve your outlook of life. Additionally, you will have greater chances to encounter other individuals with better vibrations and welcome pleasant and positive situations in your life. So are you ready to become a truly energetic person who is meant to vibrate at higher frequencies?

5 Ways to Find Your Life Purpose and Manifest Your Potential

Find out what You Were Meant to Do
Have you ever taken a break between your busy schedule to think about that one burning question that seems to always be sitting at the back of your head? Have you ever let your mind wander as you nod off on the subway waiting for your stop and wondered what you were really meant to do with your life?

Surely you weren’t born with the sole purpose of making accounts or flipping burgers? Our hearts and minds are so fogged with notions of what we are supposed to do for money that most of us never even bother to find out what would give us inner happiness. If you can find your inner calling and start working towards it, nothing can stop you from success. As Charles Bukowski said, “Find what you love and let it kill you.”

Mr. Bukowski was onto something special here but leaves a gaping hole in the beginning. The problem lies in the very first word; ‘Find’. Finding your life purpose is not as easy as he makes it seem but he does hit the nail on the head. You are the only one who can find your purpose in life. There’s a popular misconception that your life purpose will reveal itself on its own through your likes and dislikes. Unfortunately, the process isn’t as simple as that. If you refuse to take initiative and set out to find what you were meant to do, you may never find it. Luckily, the search does have some indicators that might give you a head start.

Personality Tests (MBTI & Strengths Finder)
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator Personality Test is one of the most popular and effective personality tests available. It measures the manner in which people make decisions based on their perceptions of the world. It defines 16 personality types based on a series of questions allowing you to understand the core defining features of your personality.

The Strengths Finder on the other hand asks you a series of questions in order to understand which strengths out of 34 are the most prevalent in your personality. The MBTI along with the Strengths Finder will provide you with insight about why you behave in certain ways and where improvement is required in order to succeed. Once you know what features of your personality are stronger you can allow them to take a more active role in your life.

Hypnotherapy
If you feel you’ve been stuck at a point in your life and don’t seem to be moving forward then hypnotherapy is a great way of finding out why. Hypnotherapy allows you to dig deep and come face to face with questions that you need to ask yourself. Find out why you are a part of this world and how you are meant to contribute to it. Hypnosis allows your mind to remove all the barriers that typically hold you back from pursuing your dreams. It brings you in tune with your inner desires tapping into the tools that are inherent in your personality to help you achieve your goals. Hypnotherapy puts you in a relaxed state where it becomes possible to communicate with the subconscious mind. Two of the most popular hypnotherapy techniques to find more about your life purpose and lessons are Past Life Regression and Life Between Lives.

Numerology
Numerology is the study of the symbolism contained within numbers. The study of numerology is used in order to determine the personality, talents, strengths, obstacles, and inner needs of a person. Numerology has been around for 10,000 years originating in Egypt and Babylonia. It is believed that everything in the Universe resonates to its own frequency. By finding the frequency of an object, you can find the qualities and energies associated with it.

To find your life purpose through the use of numerology you will have to evaluate the numbers of your birth date and your name. A conjunction of the two will provide an insight into your character that will help determine which traits are more prevalent in your personality. It will tell you whether you are a natural born leader, a creative soul, a peacemaker, a builder, or something else.

Carol Tuttle’s Energy Profiles
There are four elements in the world that govern everything in it; Earth, Fire, Water and Air. These same core elements dictate the personalities that we have. Once we’ve identified who we truly are, only then can we move forward with the path that leads towards our life purpose.

Air or Nitrogen represents the bright and animated person who dwells in new possibilities and ideas. Oxygen or Water stands for the soft and subtle person who is organized, detailed, and makes plans. Hydrogen symbolized by fire stands for the rich and dynamic person who moves into action immediately and tackles sudden situations with practicality with long standing results. Lastly, Carbon or Earth stands for the bold and striking individual who has an eye for structure, finding the problems in it and correcting them. The Carbon individual looks at the world through a critical eye.

Your personality type can help determine where your skills and expertise lie. They will allow you to identify your best qualities so you can work on them further.

Astrology
You can also set your eyes on the stars in order to find out how your life on the ground will turn out. The journey of the soul moves in cycles and you can see where you stand in your journey by taking a look at the sun and moon. Your astrology chart is similar to a map which tells you where you need to go to achieve personal growth. It can help you understand your inner passions and motivations on a deeper level. It can tell you what obstacles may stand in your way and what steps you must take in order to overcome them. Each celestial body is sending a different message towards you. This is why it’s important to try and understand their language and know what secrets they’re telling you.

The sun tells you how to maintain energy while the moon tells you about what makes you happy. The ascendant reveals what personal style will provide you with the most confidence. Venus tells you how you’ll fare in love, and Mars tells you where you need a little more courage.

Finding your life purpose should be your top priority. Living a life without purpose isn’t really living it at all. In order to know what it is you need to do in the future you must assess who you are today and understand not only your role in the real world but also the inner workings of your soul.

How Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Can Improve Your Marketing

Ever heard of the term, “Sex Sells”? The reason that this term is so redundant in culture today is simply, it works. The question is why it works? Sex is a very basic instinct that drives every person at their most primal levels. Maslow’s Hierarchy proves this in marketing and business. His theory is very profound and yet simple at the same time. Maslow’s Pyramid has many levels, but at the base is physiological needs. Once these needs are met there is an ascending order until a person reaches the pinnacle which is the need for personal growth or self actualization. Each of these levels appeal to different people. A good marketing / business strategy will utilize these insights to reach for the desired affect for its intended target audience.

The easiest to market is the basic needs because everyone needs food, clothing, and a safe place to sleep. However, in marketing it’s not enough just to show a nice house. For example, the marketing for housing often shows a family playing in the yard and then entering the house to sit around the kitchen. Why not just show the house by itself? In this scenario, the marketing strategy is hitting as many different levels of Maslow’s theory as possible. The family playing together in the yard shows that they feel secure with the house. The fact that there is a family there shows their basic needs were already met. Intimacy is implied because of the husband, wife and children, the nuclear family. The presence of the children also lends to the fact that there has been reproduction of the species. All of this is being said without words and hits the four base levels of Maslow’s Pyramid.

Reaching the upper levels of the pyramid is not a difficult task either. Using the same housing example with the family there is an easy step to moving it to the top of the pyramid. If the same family that is playing in the front yard goes inside and we see a study or den full of books and the next image shows the kids sitting down doing homework while the parents are researching something for work, what does the picture tell you now? All of the basic levels are there from food to personal growth and the understanding is presented in a commercial that is only thirty-five seconds long. This is just one aspect of the use of the theory but all good marketing strategies hit as many of these needs as possible based upon the product being marketed.

Maslow’s theory on the surface seems very crude in some ways, but, on further reflection the eloquence of his observations have made huge strides for marketing techniques. In today’s visual media and instant access to information a human being’s basic needs still need to be addressed or none of the levels above mean anything. When a strategy is developed for a product the question must be asked, what basic need does it fulfill and then take it up from there. If the product is athletic wear, the marketing strategy is going to use attractive athletic models sweating hard on the court or in the gym. If the product is software for a computer, the pitch is to make work easier so you can get back to what counts, family. All of these marketing strategies present the same things, how it benefits the audience and how that relates to the basic instincts of the human psyche. Understanding these basic principles of behavior is the key to reaching your audience.

A consumer’s shopping habits are based off all of Maslow’s hierarchy levels. Going back to the example of marketing a house, the first need is shelter, without it we are vulnerable to the elements and inclement weather. The next level would be safety, the consumer needs to feel safe, a home with a security system will make one feel safe from intruders and home invasion. Going back to the family scene in their home, if you were to show an intruder attempting to break-in, but is stopped due to the loud alarm, unless the target audience already has an alarm system, the consumer will no longer feel safe without one and will most likely purchase a system to feel safe once again.

Once the consumer’s basic needs are met food, shelter, clothing, then security and safety, they will look for the next level, comfort, family and friends. In the example of home, the basic would be shelter followed by safety. That would make comfort and relationships the next step, filling one’s home with comfortable furnishings like a nice soft bed, sofas and chairs for example, or making one’s home visitor friendly. How are consumer choices or behaviors influenced by relationships? Using once again the marketing of housing, you can set the scene of social gatherings. Is your home large enough to accommodate your growing family? Do you need a larger back yard for all those BBQs you will be having with friends and family? You may need to purchase more furniture for all those intimate gatherings.

After the need of social fulfillment is met and relationships are created, according to Maslow’s hierarchy, a person starts to desire personal achievement and a feeling of material success. All their basic needs are met, they have shelter, clothing, safety, a social life and comfort. The need or desire for something more begins to arise. A bigger home in an up-scale neighborhood is a way consumers fulfill this level of need. Does “Keeping up with the Jones” ring any bells? By wearing better clothes, driving a newer car, and living in an expensive house a consumer not only feels a boost in their self-esteem, they are sending a message to the rest of the world, they have made it.

The final tier in Maslow’s hierarchy is morality, creativity and reaching one’s full potential. Once a person has reached this level, they no longer feel a satisfaction from the material things, they have good relationships, and food on the table with a roof over their head, but the desire for something more will begin to tug at their conscious. They may start to seek out self-improvement courses, or travel for the experience and not the social status.

As a consumer, one may look to hobbies to fulfill their creative need, gardening, painting or arts and crafts for example. Morality will rear its head in ways like, what one can can do to help his fellow man, it may start by giving away or donating furniture, extra clothing or time to those that are less fortunate. Many grocery stores will have food donation receptacles reminding those to help meet the basic needs of the poor. Around the holidays, toy drives and wish lists are prominently displayed in departments stores prompting charitable emotions for consumers with more disposable income than the average shopper, a person who has reached the apex of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.

Harness the Power of Your Thoughts and Live by the Universal Laws

A Law is the term used for something that is usually either immutable or easily verifiable as true. Throughout the years, business owners, philosophers and just ordinary people discovered a variety of concepts that have taken on the title of ‘Laws.’ All of these, regardless of your profession can have an impact on your life by revealing ideas and actions you have been involved in. Acting on the positive aspects and avoiding the negative elements as much as possible will maybe not gain you riches, wealth and a dream life; but if you’re wandering through life wondering why things aren’t better, then reviewing these could help you redirect energy to better choices and subsequent better results.

1) The Law of One (also commonly referred to as the Law of Pure Potentiality): Also considered the first spiritual law because it involves the beginning of things. What we are and where we come from is something we often are ignorant of and when we consider the power and limitless options that our origin offers us is liberating. Too often our choices and desires are selfish and influenced by fear. By acknowledging our power, by reconnecting to it through meditation, spending time in nature, we can relearn what we are capable of.

2) The Law of Sufficiency & Infinite Abundance (also commonly referred to as the Law of Prosperity): In “Healing Letters,” Myrtle Fillmore said that “Prosperity is the result of complying with laws that are revealed by the Spirit of truth within. Those who are prosperous and successful are the people who have a rich consciousness. They open their minds to rich ideas, and then cash in on these ideas in an outer way.” Prosperity is often maligned as a sign of inequality. There are well known Jewish proverbs exhorting the practice of tithing and many very wealthy people have been significant tithers. They didn’t expect a return like an investment would, but believed that giving opens the way to receiving. Abundance and Prosperity are similar in that they involve great wealth, but the significant difference is the former aids your inner you; body, mind and spirit and the latter, frankly, affects your wallet/bank account. What do you have more of than you’re aware of? Which are you focusing on and perhaps causing imbalance to the other? “The Richest Man in Babylon” by George Clason is a timeless classic book and most of its message still holds true today. It teaches the values of saving, overcoming poor habits such as procrastination and being able to take advantage of opportunities.

3) The Law of Vibration: Life involves motion; we walk, we talk, we think, we feel. All of these actions create vibrations. Some are easy to detect, like earthquakes. Others require sophisticated devices like electron microscopes to see everything around us is moving. Objects that have different harmonics, frequencies/ vibrations, do not mix and can sometimes repel each other. What are you thinking about? That you can’t afford our rent, you can’t pay for the things you want; you are generating vibrations in your thoughts that are repelling positive results. If there is something you want to achieve, your thoughts and actions must be in synchronicity with that result.

4) The Law of Free Will (also commonly referred to as the Law of Choices or the Law of Responsibility & Accountability): In the Christian faith, Free Will could be considered the cause of the Fall of Humanity from Grace. Free Will was exercised in the Garden and things haven’t been better since. Free Will also empowers people facing decisions and consequences to remain true to their moral core. Interestingly, some have posited that this is more of a ‘Right’ than a Law. All living things have the right to choose and it should be respected. You can of course lose control of that right through your choices. The Apostle Paul said, “All things are permitted but not all things are good.” You have the freedom to eat junk food, and now have the accountability of exercising or buying bigger clothes. You have the freedom to drive as fast as you want. The accountability of paying fines or losing the ability to drive is the result of that choice.

5) The Law of Attraction (also commonly referred to as the Law of Manifestation or the Law of Intention): This is considered a connected law to the previously mentioned – the Law of Vibration. What do you want? Why do you want it? How do you want to feel when you get there? What are you willing to do to achieve it?

The Law of Attraction is the most powerful law in the Universe and is the science of attracting more of what we want, and less of what we don’t want. Our words, thoughts and feelings create our reality. By focusing on positive or negative thoughts, one can bring about positive or negative results. We can only ever omit one vibration at a time (being it positive or negative) and the Universe will pick up on it and send back a direct match without knowing whether it’s good or bad for us. Each day our brain produces 50,000-70,000 thoughts (about 50 thoughts per minute) of which 95% are the same as yesterday. So it is within our power to choose better thoughts and feelings if we want better results.

Here are a couple of quotes supporting the above:
“The essence of that which is like unto itself, is drawn.”
(-Abraham)

“What we are today comes from our thoughts of yesterday, and our present thoughts build our life of tomorrow: Our life is the creation of our mind.”
(-Buddha)

“Watch your thoughts, for they become words. Watch your words, for they become actions. Watch your actions, for they become habits. Watch your habits, for they become your character. And watch your character, for it becomes your destiny. What we think, we become.”
(-Margaret Thatcher)

“There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.”
(-Shakespeare)

“A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks he becomes.
Your beliefs become your thoughts,
Your thoughts become your words,
Your words become your actions,
Your actions become your habits,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.”

(-Gandhi)

6) The Law of Deliberate Creation: When you understand and follow the laws of Vibration and Attraction, you then realize that what you WANT is what you attract. When we are ignorant of, or ignore the Universal Laws, the results of our lives happen by default instead of choice. These three laws work closely together so when you realize what you want, you determine to get what you want and then act to get what you want, you are then deliberately acting with the intent of achieving a goal. This law can be explained as it follows – some people make things happen, some people watch things happen, and others wonder what happened. You must choose the actions and emotions that lead to your goal. When you know, and apply these laws in a conscious manner, you create your destiny and the goal you want to reach will happen.

The law of attraction is at work whether we are aware of it or not. So everything we focus on, we create. Whenever we are aware of our thoughts and consciously thinking of what we want, we create deliberately. Whenever we are not in alignment with what we want, we create by default. Creating deliberately requires discipline, focus and letting go of things, but choosing to live deliberately is very rewarding as you get to live the life you want to live.

Below I’ve listed a couple of quotes supporting the above:
“If you don’t build your dream, someone will hire you to help build theirs.”
(-Tony Gaskins)

“You’ve got to be very careful if you don’t know where you are going, because you might not get there.”

(-Yogi Berra)

“When you’re living by default, you’re automatically reacting to life in habitual ways, many of which may be limiting you and your life. In contrast, living deliberately means making more conscious and constructive life choices. When you’re living deliberately, you’re living from a position of responsibility; you’re making choices with greater awareness. You’re taken yourself off autopilot, so you’re better prepared to align your actions with the results you want to achieve.”
(-Lauren Mackler)

7) The Law of Conscious Detachment (also commonly referred to as the Law of Allowing & Believing or the Law of Least Resistance): Detaching is knowing that all is well and trusting that everything will unfold as it meant to, whenever is meant to. Allowing and detaching means releasing our attachment to what we want to manifest and how it is to come about. Allowing and detaching also means letting others be who they are. Attaching ourselves to people or outcomes moves us into a space of lack, fear or doubt. And when we are stuck in the “What If” mode about what could happen if we don’t get the result expected, we’re attracting negativity and the problems that go with it. Let go of the attachment, don’t give up on the goal and continue the positive actions.

8) The Law of Action & Commitment: Today we pride ourselves on multitasking. How many things can we do at once? How many can we do well? At all? Organizational experts described people like this as “bouncers”; moving from one task to another, starting to clean one room then stopping to begin another task leaving a trail of unfinished jobs behind them. We must focus on the task at hand whether it be cleaning a room, developing a relationship, completing a job task or even reading a book. If you’re not committed to finishing a task, you are not being deliberate in creating your goal, you aren’t attracting the results you want. Action is equally important to completing a goal. A wall full of sticky notes about how you’re going to accomplish all these things, yet the only action is adding more sticky notes isn’t the action that’s helping you. Commit yourself to the goal and take whatever action is needed to support it.

9) The Law of Expectation: What are you expecting to happen in your life? Is it positive or negative? It’s particularly challenging because we can be thinking about something at a subconscious level and when something bad happens we go into “Eeyore” mode and proclaim, “Well, I should have seen that coming. I never had a chance anyway.” Believing and desiring the same thing can be hard. Least resistance connects with Conscious Detachment by accepting people and things as they occur. It doesn’t mean to give up because something might happen, it means when you’ve done what you can, accepting that elements like Free Will can affect the course of an action you didn’t plan on. You believe, you allow what happens to happen and trust that it will happen at the right time.

10) The Law of the Present Moment (also commonly referred to as the Law of Living in the Now): This law actually doesn’t have to do with a gentleman in a blue police box. It connects to the Law of Vibration by establishing time as a factor of universal synchronization. There is a time for all things and in our busy society where we have different time zones and people working different shifts – no wonder we’re confused and off kilter! In the movie “In Time”, time is a currency for payment of wages, purchase of goods and services and when you’re out of currency, the final bankruptcy is death. We must observe the ancient cycles and slow down when needed and work when needed and take our fingers off the fast forward button and appreciate life, which leads us to living in the now.

11) The Law of Gratitude: What are you grateful for? A fantastic job? Wonderful spouse? Big bank account? A family, food, running water? All these are simple things that we take for granted, but many would give everything for. A speaker from India who was living in the U.S. and was picking up his father at the airport was annoyed that he had a flat tire at the curb. His father smiled and admonished him to be grateful for having three working tires and a car when so many were without. A present trend on social media is a challenge to post three or more things that you’re grateful for that day. This helps with adopting a positive attitude and also using the Law of Attraction for bringing to you what you are desiring.

12) The Law of Polarity (also commonly referred to as the Law of Yin & Yang, the Law of Opposites, the Law of Contrasts or the Law of Duality): Duality is the definition of our corporeal and spiritual self. We are part of the energy that is the Universe and we will always continue in another form, in another place. The challenge is bringing these two opposites: matter and energy into the same purpose. Both are needed to reach a higher understanding and purpose because without the essence of what we are, there is just an unreasoning form. There are opposites in many shapes in nature and when we seek understanding on how they exist, how they co-exist, we look to the world around us and through meditation, we look within and see the one.

13) The Law of Cause & Effect (also commonly referred to as the Law of Sowing & Reaping): The Bible states, “That which you sow, you shall also reap.” Science gives us examples of action and reaction. The oft-used phrase, “Actions have consequences,” negative yet true. Throw a stone into a pond and you see ripples beyond the entry point. This connects to the Law of Karma for understanding the effect of our actions beyond the event itself, beyond this present life. Doing good things richly balance our life and show an example to others that can benefit them as well. There will always be mistakes, bad choices that can affect us, Free Will can show us that. Focusing on helping, not hurting, building and not destroying travels like those ripples throughout and touch others, and ourselves in another place and time.

14) The Law of Forgiveness: Forgiveness is a powerful tool we have for Karma, for Deliberate Creation and Gratitude, yet it can be the most difficult to use. Being wronged by others brings a myriad of responses ranging from anger to pain and forgiving someone for their actions has been holding them back for years, or even lifetimes. The process though is quite simple; “I forgive you.” You are finished. The act is done. Walk away, if need be. All that can be done on your part has been done and the person’s response, or lack of, is not required. Sincerity of course is key and if there is some action for reparations that you are capable of doing then this is Karma and Accountability.

15) The Law of Reflection: When you look into a mirror who do you see? Even if it’s a rippling lake or funhouse mirror, you see the core of who you are. When we do not take action to meet our physical needs, the mirror shows our enlarged frame. When we are in pain and believe all is well, the reflection will reveal that. Being cruel and hateful to others is reflected in the way they treat us and when we seek to help, to heal, when we remember Karma, Sowing and Reaping based on our Action, there is the positive image we will see as a result.

16) The Law of Cycle (also commonly referred to as the Law of Periodicity or the Law of Rhythm): Life moves in regular cycles, music operates in rhythms when in harmony. We breathe in, we breathe out. Even things like the stock market moves in cycles, people see rise and falls in prosperity and have good and bad days. All around us we see the truth of Cycles and we can have faith that downswings become good and prepare for the hard times that can follow prosperity. We run into trouble when we dwell on the negative and believe that is all there ever will be or that we are destined for only problems. There will be problems indeed, we learn from them, we are strengthened by them and we will move through them, in time.

17) The Law of Growth (also commonly referred to as the Law of Divine Order, the Law of Gestation, the Law of Evolution or the Law of Progress): Norman Vincent Peale said, “Every problem has in it the seeds of its own solution. If you don’t have any problems, you don’t have any seeds.” Growth and progress is a natural element of life, if something isn’t growing, it has no life, no potential. Growth is not always easy and can be painful. This is a challenge in Duality as the Life energy doesn’t experience the pain of growth that the physical does and is frustrated by it. Knowing what change can bring, preparing for and accepting it lets us progress and move on and when partnered with Karma, promise a better future. When a purpose is determined, you must be patient with the growth of that goal. If you don’t nurture it, fertilize it with good thoughts, actions and support, that goal will never mature or even develop beyond just a wishful hope. Accept the time required for full growth, prepare it carefully and in time, the birth of your dream will be real.

18) The Law of Soul Purpose (also commonly referred to as the Law of Dharma or the Law of Empowerment): The Law of Life Purpose states that we are profound creatures who have taken physical structure to satisfy a reason. Everybody has a reason for living — an extraordinary blessing or unique ability to provide for others, and for each interesting ability and representation of that ability, there are additionally one of a kind needs. When we mix this special ability with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our spirit. This is the objective of all objectives.

There are three parts to the Law of Dharma, otherwise known the Law of Life Purpose.

The first part states that each of us is here to find our actual Self, to discover that we are profound creatures, or godliness in camouflage.

The second part of the Law of Dharma states that each of us has an interesting ability that we are here to express. Our ability is unique to the point that nobody else alive has that ability, or that interpretation of that ability. When we are communicating our special ability — or more than one ability as a rule — we are upbeat, and we forget that time exists.

The third part of the Law of Dharma says that we are here to serve our kindred people with our ability. By posing the question “In what capacity would I be able to help every one of those with whom I come into contact?” we join the representation of our interesting ability with administration to mankind, and make full utilization of the Law of Life Purpose.

Dharma is a moral law, considered by Hindus to be life’s foundation. It is our code of conduct that we craft based on observation of the Universal Laws and reflect in our actions. Dharma encompasses patience, honesty, reason, truthfulness, learning and self-control. How we engage with those around us and in turn are interacted with create happiness when Dharma is used positively.

19) The Law of Acceptance (also commonly referred to as the Law of Unconditional Love or the Law of Non-Judgment): Acceptance is realizing that things simply are. Knowing that there are Universal Laws that affect us, even though we may be unaware of or choose to ignore them. Non-Judgment is accepting others the way they are because of the Universal Laws effects on them. There are happy people in spite of their circumstances who obviously understand Rhythm and Cycles that is reflected around them. Others are bitter and lash out because they aren’t in Harmony with the Vibrations they seek or should follow. We allow these events to move around us and help when we can, forgive when we should and always accept that is their choice. Love is found in every faith and culture and showing that love is Karma that will ripple forward to another time for our growth.

20) The Law of Reincarnation & Karma: Karma is important for literally, the long term view of your existence. There are things that you may not finish or experience in this lifetime and if your actions are not dedicated to bettering others, you will not accumulate karma and move to a higher purpose. It is said that “we are the heir of all the ages” and are solely responsible for those inheritances. The Free Will that we use for gain or ill will reflect back on us. Reincarnation is considered in quite a number of philosophies and cultures that state the human soul reincarnates on Earth until moving on to a higher state of consciousness. Karma and Reincarnation are considered the ultimate justice rendering results of a good life or a wicked life to that individual who was never recognized – or caught for their deeds. It is also considered a better alternative to the Christian faith’s concepts of Heaven and Hell where a person is sentenced, or rewarded forever based on possibly a few actions committed on Earth whereas through Reincarnation, previous errors can be corrected through enlightenment.

21) The Law of Gender: The law of gender shows itself essentially in all things as masculine and feminine. It is really this law that administers accurately what we know as creation. The law of gender manifests in the animal kingdom as sex. This law decrees just about everything in nature is both equally male and female. Both of them are needed for life to really exist.

Gender is within almost everything; everything possesses its masculine and feminine principles. Everything together with everyone is composed of both masculine and feminine constituents. Among the outward expressions of feminine qualities are love, patience, intuition and gentleness and also of masculine qualities are energy, self-reliance, logic and intellect. Recognize that inside every female are placed all the inert characteristics of a male, furthermore inside every male the ones from a female. When you are aware of this fact you can then understand exactly what it means to be complete.

Using Vision Boards to Transform Your Business

Every business has a vision and goals to lead it towards prosperity. In order to follow and accomplish these goals and vision, strategic planning takes place.

There are several tools that can help you through this process. A vision board is one such tool.

Represented by a mixture of images and texts related to your goals and desires, vision boards remind you of your goals every day and give you the motivation to follow them. They are simple, easy and fun to make.

THE BENEFITS
A vision board is simply about what you want now and in your future. Here are some benefits of creating a vision board:

• Visualizing and thinking about the goals for your business, then including images and motivational texts on a board enhances the likelihood of achieving them.

• When you see the board everyday highlight your dreams for your business and the goals you want to achieve, it automatically energizes you and motivates you to work harder.

• The visualization encourages you to think outside the box and assists you in opening up to new possibilities.

• It helps overcome obstacles that come your way, as the vision board serves as a reminder about what you will achieve after all these problems and obstacles are resolved.

• It keeps you focused on your goals.

THE TOOLS
Creating a vision tool is extremely easy and can be made with a vast range of media. From simple pencil sketches to colorful magazine cut images, from paintings to graphic art, anything and everything can be utilized to make a vision board. The most significant thing is to know what you want from your future. Some basic tools that can be used are as follows:

Board: A white board, blackboard, cork board, foam board, or a poster board can be used to make your vision board.

Adhesive: Whichever glue you can find to stick the images together on the board. You can also use removable adhesive so that you can keep updating your vision board without ruining any images.

Images: Pictures that represent your goals and dreams – opening a new branch of your business, designing a new office, more satisfied clients/customers, opening an international office. Print out from computers, your own sketches and drawings, magazine cutouts, stickers etc.

Text: Some words that can describe your vision and goals briefly or some motivational words to keep you going.

You: Yes! You are the most important part of a vision board. Use pictures of yourself, your name, or your business logo on your vision board to make it more personal.

Get all the supplies ready and while keeping your vision in mind, start playing around with images and words. Be as creative as you can be. Place it in your cabin, in a place where all the employees can see it. You can turn it into a group activity to keep your employees motivated and moving towards specified goals.

THE PROCESS
The process of using vision boards to transform your business is easy and enjoyable. Here is how it works:

1. Setting Goals
Having specific business goals are essential for this process. Think about how you want to see your business in the future. You can include short-term goals and long-term goals as well; generating better revenues, increasing job satisfaction for employees, opening an international office etc.

2. Visualizing
Visualize how your goals look like and how you’d like to feel when you reach them. Use images, symbols or words to represent your goal or maybe the journey to reach it. For better revenues, use a number to represent what your annual or monthly target will be. For opening an international office, place an image of the country’s flag you want to open your office in.

3. Believing
Start believing in yourself and your team. Once you actually ‘see’ you goal, it becomes clearer, realistic, and attainable. Believe that you and your employees can manage to reach these goals and fulfill the vision gradually.

4. Employee Motivation
Once you visualize your goals, involve your employees. Create a group activity for the employees to make their own vision boards. Or use your vision board to motivate them to achieve the specified target. Once you truly believe that the goals are attainable, your employees will start believing it too. This way, you will reach those goals faster.

5. Strategize
Start figuring out how each goal can be achieved. Keep your team in the loop. Discuss ideas and solutions for possible problems. Break the tasks into smaller steps to make it more achievable. Create a roadmap and start following it.

6. Move Towards Your Goals
Don’t just make a vision board and hang it somewhere, take action. You have made the preparations and now the time to act has come. Keep updating your vision board and make necessary changes in your strategy. Be prepared for obstacles and detours you might have to take. Don’t give up and keep your employees motivated.

Vision boards turn your dreams and goals from mere speculation, to something solid, which you can see. Actually more than 40% of the world population is sensitive to sight (visuals). The more specific and vivid the vision board, the better motivator it will be. Keep it somewhere where you and your employees can see it every day. It will keep everyone motivated as they will see their goals and get to know how they will feel once the goal is achieved. This improves the possibility of fulfilling those goals as everyone will be enthusiastically working to achieve them.

A Vision Board is a strong tool promoting behavioral change which, when combined with your hard work and support network, can make any goal achievable. The goal setting common phrase ‘see it, believe it, achieve it’ is represented through vision boards. From the initial process of visualizing, to the completion of the goal, vision boards ensure that you are kept reminded of what you really want. It shows why you have to be persistent and work harder.
